Smart Storage offers you the ability to store your documents in our secure document storage warehouse. This means that you don’t have to worry about all the clutter that is usually associated with storing your documents. When you require a document from your archives, simply call us and we will send it to you.
We Pickup Your Documents / Archive Cartons
Our pickup service ensures that your precious documents are transferred quickly and confidentially to our secure offsite location. Receipt dockets are generated for signature and time stamping, allowing the tracking of your documents at all times. Furthermore, all of our staff are uniformed and security checked for your peace of mind.
We register them into our storage warehouse.
Upon receipt of your containers, we scan your unique customer barcodes into our warehouse tracking system. Your files are then randomly allocated to different locations in our warehouse to ensure anonymity and ease of retrieval.
We store your documents until you need them
Our facility in Moorabbin is purpose built for the storage of hard copy records and electronic media. Our warehouse tracking system ensures that all files are comprehensively tracked from lodgement to retrieval. A full file history is available to clients upon request
We retrieve and deliver your documents
Your files are held at our storage centre and are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A simple phone call or email will allow our friendly staff to instantly retrieve your documents and schedule a delivery. Our delivery services are as follows:
- URGENT - delivery will be completed within 120 minutes.
- AM/PM - Request received AM on a business day will be delivered PM that same day. Request received PM on a business day will be delivered AM the following business day.
- OUT OF HOURS - for deliveries outside of business hours, weekends and public holidays.

Our qualified staff can help you sort through your document and archival mess, helping you to prepare your documents for offsite storage. All staff are well versed in records retention and disposal authorities for all types of industries, and have specialised training in the handling and organisation of archival documents.
Secure Document Destruction (Including 240 Litre Wheelie Bins)
We take the security and privacy of our clients documents very seriously. We use only accredited destruction facilties, and are happy to supply a certificate of destruction for all documents.

We manufacture our own high quality, double walled archive boxes / cartons. Exclusively available to SmartStorage customers only, these storage cartons are the best quality that money can buy – and are a fraction of the price of those found at popular office supply stores!
